1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using OMYRA ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and OMYRA. We may modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Legal Entity: These Terms are between you and OMYRA, a company operated under European Union law and based in Spain. By using our Service, you agree to resolve any disputes under Spanish law and EU regulations.

OMYRA is an AI-powered triathlon training platform that provides:

Service Availability: OMYRA is provided "as-is" and we strive for 99.9% uptime, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

AI Technology

OMYRA uses artificial intelligence (GPT-4) to provide personalized coaching through Maya. Our AI:

  • Analyzes your training data to provide recommendations
  • Adapts training plans based on your performance and feedback
  • Provides coaching conversations and insights
  • Calculates readiness scores and recovery recommendations

AI Transparency & Your Rights

  • Algorithm Explanation: You have the right to understand how AI recommendations are generated
  • Human Override: All AI suggestions can be manually overridden or rejected
  • Opt-Out Option: You can disable AI features and use manual planning
  • Appeal Process: Contact support@omyra.app to appeal AI decisions

AI Limitations

You acknowledge that AI coaching:

  • Is not a substitute for professional medical or coaching advice
  • May not be appropriate for all individuals or circumstances
  • Should be used in conjunction with your own judgment
  • May contain errors or limitations inherent to AI technology
  • Is continuously improved but may not be perfect

Billing Terms

6.5. Auto-Renewal & Cancellation Terms

Auto-Renewal Policy (Required by App Store)

  • Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period expires
  • Billing: Your Apple ID or Google Play account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours of the current period ending
  • Subscription Management: Manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's Account Settings, not within the OMYRA app
  • Cancellation Timing: Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • No Partial Refunds: No refunds for unused portions of subscription periods

Free Trial Terms

  • Trial Conversion: Free trial automatically converts to paid subscription unless cancelled during the trial period
  • Cancellation: Cancel anytime during trial to avoid charges
  • Trial Eligibility: Previous trial users may not be eligible for additional trials
  • Platform Billing: All billing handled through App Store or Google Play

How to Cancel

  • iOS: Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > OMYRA > Cancel
  • Android: Google Play Store > Subscriptions > OMYRA > Cancel
  • Important: Cancellation must be done through app stores, not OMYRA app

OMYRA is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or health issues that may result from following our training plans or AI recommendations.

  • No Behavioral Advertising: Users under 18 do not receive targeted advertising
  • Limited Data Collection: Minimal data collection for users under 18
  • Enhanced Security: Additional security protections for minor accounts
  • Safe Training: Conservative training recommendations for younger users

Parental Rights

Parents and guardians have the right to:

  • Review their child's personal information
  • Request deletion of their child's data
  • Revoke consent and terminate the child's account
  • Receive notifications about data practices affecting their child

OMYRA retains all rights to:
